Eligibility for enrollment in the Burraq UK–Level 3 Certificate in Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) in Electrical requires applicants to fulfill the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of 18 years.
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Electrical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is required. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications in mathematics, science, or technology may also be considered.
- Experience: Prior exposure to Electrical systems, industrial processes, or engineering projects is preferred but not mandatory.

1. Standards and Regulatory Compliance
Interpret International Codes: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of electrical standards such as IEC, IEEE, and NEC to ensure project compliance.

Master Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), P&IDs, and layout drawings to verify “as-built” accuracy.
Quality Reporting: Generate professional Quality Control reports, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Reports, and Daily Inspection Reports.
Record Management: Maintain a systematic “Quality Record” for project handover, ensuring all certifications and test results are traceable.
4. Process Control and Troubleshooting
Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations from quality standards and suggest effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Calibration Oversight: Ensure all measuring and monitoring devices are calibrated and maintained according to industry intervals.
Supervisory Skills: Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure quality is integrated into the workflow rather than checked at the end.
